Conference Fees

*The reduced fee for Students will be granted only for students and PhD candidates, not for PhDs, Post Docs, or similiar. We reserve the right to double-check and reject registrations at a Student fee.

**Please note that there is only a limited number of concert tickets available. Concert tickets are not included in the student fee. If you are interested in purchasing a concert ticket, please approach our staff at the symposium office at the conference venue upon arrival. Reservations for tickets are not accepted.

The conference fee (incl. VAT) includes:

• Symposium Abstract Book (pdf),
• Coffee/tea during breaks,
• Lunch on both symposium days (Monday and Tuesday),
• Admission to the welcome reception on Sunday evening (incl. beer, pretzels and sausages)
• Conference Dinner at Arvena Hotel on Tuesday evening
• for Regular Participants only: Concert on Monday night.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations after August 15, 2025, a service charge of € 50 will be deducted from the refund of already paid dues.

The conference fee can be paid via SEPA or Credit Card.
